Who we are

Voortsprong is a trade name of Prospective B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 81179669). Questions about your data? Email info@voortsprong.nl — you'll hear back within one business day.

What we process, and why

Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever else you fill in (company, phone, your message). We use this only to respond to your message.

Price estimate: your answers to the questions and — if you leave them — your contact details. We use this only to handle your request and contact you about your estimate.

The legal basis in both cases: the steps needed before a possible agreement (pre-contractual), and our legitimate interest in being able to respond to your question.

Where your data lives

Requests are stored in our own relationship system (Mercendo), which runs on Hetzner servers in the European Union.

Email notifications are sent via Resend and received in Google Workspace. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.

We never sell or share your data with others for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request. If we don't end up working together, we delete your data no later than two years after our last contact.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. One email to info@voortsprong.nl is enough.

Not happy with how we handle it? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
