the Discovery has a fixed price. If we continue together, that amount is fully deducted from the Build — making the Discovery free.

The Blueprint makes everything concrete: what we build, how it will look, how your data moves over safely if we're replacing an old system, and what it costs. One fixed price, in writing.

Then it's your call. No fine print, no obligations — you decide with the facts and a working prototype on the table.

We don't throw the prototype away — we build on it. During the Build you look in whenever you like: regular demos, and you watch your software grow. Replacing existing software? We keep everything that worked well and fix the irritations along the way.

Your team switches when everything has proven itself. If we're replacing an old system, all your data comes along safely and old and new run side by side for a while — you only jump once the new system is already carrying you.
